Abbott Smith Associates is happy to announce a merger with CTL Global, Inc. The merger of Abbott Smith and CTL Global creates a powerful partnership with the scalability and resources to continue to grow as a leading boutique executive recruiting firm. As a result of the merger, the companies now share over 250 employees, multi-million dollar revenues and over 300 clients, including 52 of the fortune 500.

THE ABBOTT SMITH EXECUTIVE TEAM

Sharon Dalenberg, President and CEO of CTL Global, Inc., has been in the business of human resources for over 40 years. In addition to her daily duties of running CTL Global, Sharon is extremely active in the business community. She has published articles on management, employment law and sexual harassment and performs executive coaching to top teams of major corporations, specializing in business development, liability strategies and mentoring programs. Sharon currently sits on the board of Republic Band and is a trustee of Elmhurst College. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University and a Juris Doctorate from DePaul University.

Jay Gould, Partner and Vice President of Abbott Smith Associates, is leading the wave of the next generation for Abbott Smith Associates. Jay has been in the recruiting industry for over 11 years and with Abbott Smith since 2005. Since joining Abbott Smith in 2005, Jay has quickly learned all facets of the business from client services to candidate recruitment. Working with companies such as Google, Amazon, Microsoft and PepsiCo, Jay has continually provided our clients with outstanding candidates and has the experience and knowledge to ensure the success of the Abbott Smith team. Before joining Abbott Smith, Jay worked at Sutoer Solutions as a Technical Recruiting Manager. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Wisconsin - Parkside.

Jackie Ray, Director of Operations at Abbott Smith Associates, ensures that we have a tremendous pipeline of candidates to support our clients. As a member of the Abbott Smith team since 1999, Jackie has been a part of a dynamic growth and evolution of the organization into a leading recruiting firm. Before Jackie joined Abbott Smith, she was a member of the ACCO Brands team, one of the world’s largest suppliers of office products. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from DePaul University.

Lindsay Abrams, Director of Human Resources at CTL Global, Inc. is responsible for overseeing and managing all personnel for CTL Global, Inc., in addition to all three businesses under the CTL umbrella, over 250 employees. She is more than well-versed in labor relations, full cycle recruiting & retention, employee & client relations and EEO/AAP compliance & administration. Lindsay is extremely active within the professional community, as a Professional Member of the Society of Human Resource Management as well as the Society of Human Resource Professionals. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University.
